Sunday sermons and Homegroup meetings

 

This autumn, we will be going through the Apostles’ Creed. The homegroup sessions will be based on the Good Book Guide “I Believe” by Tim Chester which will be available from the homegroup co-ordinators.

 

If you would like to join a homegroup, please fill in the form at the back of this leaflet and hand it to Rob.

The Alpha Course

 

The Alpha Course offers you two great opportunities…

 

1. The opportunity to attend one of the best refresher courses on what it means to be a Christian. You may have been a Christian for years, or only for a few months, and you’re struggling perhaps with it all, asking questions that no one seems to have the answer for. Try attending the Alpha Course on Thursday evenings.

 

2.  The opportunity to invite a family member, friend or colleague. You may have talked a bit about your Christian faith to them and they have shown some interest. The Alpha Course is such a good introduction to faith in Jesus. Pray for them and ask them along. Perhaps you should offer to attend the course with them. (Invitations are at the back of church.)

 

The course begins with an introductory evening on September 26th. We will share a meal together, and then watch an introductory DVD.
