Homegroups are a chance to get to know a smaller
group of people in the church, to pray together, to read the Bible together and
talk about how we live out our faith in practice. Bible studies are often
co-ordinated with the sermons on Sundays – recent series have included the book
of James, and a set of encounters with Jesus in the Gospels. There are eight
homegroups at St. Mildred’s, all of which meet fortnightly in people’s homes,
and mostly in the evenings from 8pm. Groups meet from Monday to Thursday, so
there should be one that matches your circumstances – new members are always
welcome! Homegroups are organised by co-ordinators, so do email Andrew
if you’d like to know more.
